Contact data privacy

This page explains the information Shaher receives when you send a contact enquiry, and how it is used.

What we collect

Your name, company and email address, plus any phone number, city and details you choose to share. Do not send identity documents, financial information or sensitive information about yourself or others.

Why we use it

To review and respond to your enquiry about Shaher or a potential collaboration. Sending a message does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1. Access is restricted to authorized users of our hosting account. Cloudflare provides hosting and security verification; data may be processed outside Saudi Arabia.

Security checks

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated submissions and automated collection of our email address. It may process technical browser and connection information. The server uses the connection address for verification and abuse prevention, but does not store it with an enquiry. An hourly salted hash is stored temporarily for rate limiting. Cloudflare privacy policy.

Retention

Form enquiries are automatically deleted from the site database after 180 days. Records of any subsequent business relationship are subject to the arrangements agreed with you.

Corrections and deletion

To request a correction or deletion of an earlier enquiry, use the contact form and identify the email address used. We verify requests before making changes.

Analytics and location

This version of the site has no advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Necessary hosting and security services remain active. The maps use locally served geometry and do not request your location.
